Problem first. Tool second.

Founder of Tech10. I turn messy business problems into AI systems that run in production, with more than ten years of marketing, search and data behind me. Not in a demo. Not in a slide deck.

[02] Things I believe05

Opinions, held strongly.

  1. 01

    Process first. AI second.

Forcing AI onto a company makes no sense. First understand the process, then improve it, and only then bring AI in. Sometimes that means reorganising before anything else.
  2. 02

The model is the easy part.

Today's models are already very capable. The hard part is integration: the data, the processes and the people around them. And integration moves much slower than the technology.
  3. 03

The real challenge is infrastructure, not people.

AI works on processes designed for it, with a person reviewing the output. Try to automate the whole flow on day one and it usually breaks.
  4. 04

    People become reviewers, not executors.

The work doesn't vanish, it changes shape. The people who stay are the ones who teach the AI what it doesn't know yet.
  5. 05

A quick win is not a transformation.

Automating one repetitive task saves time and money. It doesn't make you an AI-native company. Both are useful. Just don't confuse them.

Problem first. Tool second.

Every system I build starts with a conversation, not a model. What is slowing your team down? What decision is made by hand every day that should not be?
